Stanislav Cherchesov has been named the new head coach of FC Akhmat, signing a three-year contract with the club. Csaba Máté, who assisted Cherchesov in Ferencvaros, will also join the coaching staff.
Cherchesov previously managed the Grozny-based team from 2011 to 2013.
This coming Saturday, the 9th of August, Akhmat will host Zenit in a home fixture.
