FC Zhemchuzhina-Sochi played a test game against FC Sakhalin in Matsesta on Monday April 11^th. Coach Stanislav Cherchesov’s squad included players who did not appear in Zhemchuzhina line-up in the first official games of the FNL League. Each half lasted only 35 minutes.

 There were no goals scored in the first half of the game. Poluyakhtov, Ivannikov and Belousov of FC Zhemchuzhina were left tete-a-tete with the goalkeeper and had wonderful scoring opportunities, all of which were saved by Sakhalin goalkeeper. The guest also had two scoring opportunities in the first half, hitting the bar and once firing a dangerous close shot which was saved by Baranovsky.

     The two goals came from Belousov and Ivannikov in the beginning of the second half. Belousov was the first to pick up the ball after a free kick and fired his shot straight into the far corner from the penalty area line. Immediately after the game was resumed, Zhemchuzhina seized the ball and delivered it to the area where Ricardo played into space beyond Sakhalin defense and Ivannikov only had to dispatch into the goal from the penalty spot area.

11 апреля ФК «Сахалин», находящийся на учебно-тренировочных сборах, сыграл очередной контрольный матч. Соперником островной команды стал представитель ФНЛ «Жемчужина-Сочи». По взаимной договоренности матч состоял из двух таймов по 35 минут. Наставник «Ж-С» Станислав Черчесов выставил против «Сахалина» игроков, которые не всегда попадают в основной состав его команды.
В первом тайме соперники обменялись несколькими острыми атаками. Вратарь «Сахалина» Андрей Кондратюк нейтрализовал три выхода один на один! Могли забить и островные футболисты: один раз мяч попал в перекладину, а в одном из эпизодов сочинцев спасло мастерство их вратаря, когда он парировал удар с близкого расстояния.
Судьба матча была решена в первые минуты второго тайма, когда с небольшим интервалом футболисты «Ж-С» забили два гола. Итоги встречи 2:0 в пользу «Жемчужины-Сочи».
