Ferencvaros beat Zalaegerszegi 3-1

Ferencvaros have beaten Zalaegerszegi 3-1 in Hungarian OPT Bank Liga Gameweek 20 match on Sunday, the 13th of February.

Kristoffer Zachariassen opened the score already on the 13th second of the match. Ryan Mmaee doubled the score on the 33rd minute. Spoljaric scored for the home side on the 45th minute but
Endre Botka scored the third one for Fradi on the 49th minute. Ferencvaros is back to the top of the league with 41 points after 20 matches.

"We knew that one of our biggest rivals had lost points the day before and that meant we could get back to the top of the table if we win. Fortunately, we succeeded at that. We enjoyed control of the game through the most part of the match though there were moments when we failed to maintain control fully. There is still a room for improvement but most importantly we got the three points. We fully dominated the first 30 minutes. We managed to score and controlled the game. Then, we started having certain issues as the home side seized initiative and scored a late minute goal right before the break. We made some corrections in the second half, scored again and ended the game with a peace of mind", said Cherchesov after the match.
